In August 2007 the Centre launched a searchable database which contains selected employment law decisions dating back to 2004. The search function attached to this database is freely accessible and allows stakeholders to conduct cross-jurisdictional and cross-field searches for judgments handed down in Australia - it currently contains over 1000 judgments from 27 jurisdictions.
